I can't belive there are no comments on this skill, i was doing the yak's bend quests with a N/Mo20 friend, she kept using this skill and i fell in love with it.

The energy cost is a tad steep, but its borderline over-powered otherwise.

Only Blood Necros (not everyone uses blood skills). And unless they bring Well of Power. And some bring both.

I found when I was playing with my N/Mo that a blood/heal character provides great support. Healing wind and well of blood are great. I was getting around 11 pips regen.

what is the highest regen bars you can get with well of blood? currently my necro has 9 blood and 4 regen bars with well of blood.

Not sure what level BM you need to achieve it though

You can get +6 with 14 BM (I think). My necro has 16 BM and its 21 seconds of +6 regen :>

Tops out at 7 regeneration for 22 seconds at either 17 or 18 blood, which means having Awaken the Blood on.

Actually you can push your blood up to 19

12(skill max) +1(scar) +3(rune) +2(awaken) +1(chance of +1 off hand item)

currently i have a 20% chance of getting lvl 19 skills with my blood necro.

usually well of power/blood has a max of +7 health regen. i havn't seen one over that

Can be obtained from a quest in Yak's Bend, so there's also plenty of time to get use out of it.

I think you can get up to 5 with Well of Blood.

Total, you energy or health degen or regen maxes out at 10. You can't actually get 11 pips of regen. =)
